Wedge wire screens are precision-fabricated filtration and flow distribution components installed inside process vessels, columns, and reactors across refining, gas processing, and chemical applications. Each screen is constructed from V-shaped wire profiles continuously welded to support rods, creating uniform slot openings that control flow, retain catalyst or packing media, and provide structural support for bed internals.
